Nominating Petitions Available Now For April 2025 Election
Three trustee seats, village clerk, and mayor spots will be up for election in Manhattan.

MANHATTAN, IL — Petitions for candidacy for the April 1, 2025, Consolidated Election are available now in the Village Clerk’s Office, located at Village Hall, 260 Market Place.
Offices up for election in April 2025 include village president (mayor), village clerk, and three village trustee seats. All are four-year terms. Manhattan Mayor Mike Adrieansen in August announced he'll seek a second term, as did Trustee Justin Young earlier this month.
Candidacy petitions must be filed with the Village of Manhattan Clerk’s Office between Tuesday, November 12, 2024 and Monday, November 18, 2024 during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.. to 4:30 p.m.
