Pet Pantry To Host 1 Year Anniversary Party

Furiends of Manhattan Pet Pantry celebrates one year anniversary July 31.

MANHATTAN, IL — Furiends of Manhattan Pet Pantry is inviting the public to come and celebrate its first year of helping supply pet supplies to those in need. The event is scheduled to be held at 25165 Faraday Road in Manhattan from 2-6 p.m. July 31.

Activities include: face painting and ballon sculptures; a guinea pig meet and greet; and snakes, reptiles and a tortoise from BLT Reptiles in New Lenox, according to a post on the group's Facebook page. Other highlights include food and beverages, T-shirts for sale and a raffle for a chance to win one of several prizes.
