Resurfacing Planned For Elam Drive and Maxwell Street

MANHATTAN, IL — The Village of Manhattan said Austin Tyler Construction will begin resurfacing Elam Drive and Maxwell Street beginning the week of Sept. 28 or Oct. 5.

Although no roads are expected to be closed, residents are asked to please avoid driving on the wet fresh tar.
