Splash Pad In Manhattan Scheduled To Open Memorial Day Weekend
The splash pad will be open through Labor Day, weather permitting.
MANHATTAN, IL — The unofficial start of summer is right around the corner with Memorial Day weekend, and the Manhattan Park District is scheduled to open its Central Park Splash Pad May 28, according to the Park District.
The Central Park Splash Pad is free and open to the public. It is located at 110 S. Park St.
The splash pad is typically open through Labor Day, or as weather allows. Hours for the splash pad are: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from noon to 8 p.m.; and Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
