130 Pumpkin Pies Donated To Loaves And Fishes For Thanksgiving
Once again, the Naperville Park District's Pennies for Pies drive will help make Thanksgiving a little sweeter for area families.
NAPERVILLE, IL — This Thanksgiving, the Naperville Park District's Pennies for Pies Drive will provide 130 pumpkin pies for area families via Loaves and Fishes.
The 2024 drive kicked off in early November and ended Nov. 22. Donations were made online and at five locations throughout the Naperville Park District.
In total, the drive raised $543.24, which will fund the pie purchases.

Pennies for Pies marked its 18th year in 2024. The initiative was founded in 2006 and inspired by a lesson shared with local preschoolers about how small donations can add up to make a significant impact to help others.
