A.D.O.P.T. Makin' Strides for Strays Walkathon

will host its 18th Annual 5K walkathon fundraiser to benefit homeless animals: "Makin' Strides for Strays."

Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. The walk will begin with a blessing of the animals at 8:30 a.m. The walk begins and ends at Fifth Avenue Station. There will be rest stops offering water and snacks along the route. Refreshments and music are provided at the finish line.

Participants are asked to obtain pledges per kilometer or to gather set donations. There is no registration fee.
