invites all Members and the community to attend the General Membership Luncheon Monday, Dec. 19, for a motivational presentation by NBC’s “The Biggest Loser” season seven participants Jerry and Estella Hayes.
The 66-year-old couple from Wheaton, Ill., will share with attendees the journey that changed their lives from couch potatoes to athletes—losing a combined weight of 260 pounds in less than eight months. The Hayes’ will discuss how they struggled to start and how they dedicated themselves to the life-changing process. Their story is an inspirational one proving that, according to the Hayes’, if they can do it, anyone can.
The luncheon will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Hilton Lisle/Naperville, located at 3003 Corporate West Drive in Lisle.

Seating is limited, so preregistration is strongly encouraged. Cost to attend is $25 for Chamber Members, $30 at the door, and $35 for nonmembers.

About Jerry & Estella Hayes
Both in their early 60s, the Hayes’ were the oldest contestants ever on “The Biggest Loser.” Estella Hayes weighed in at 242 pounds and successfully lost 83 pounds in less than eight months. Jerry Hayes began the season at 369 pounds and weighed in 177 pounds lighter on the show’s season finale.
The Hayes’ were high school sweethearts and have been married 45 years. They have three daughters and five grandchildren. The couple lives in Wheaton, Ill.
