Who: The Honorable Neal Cerne will preside over the ceremony. New commissioner-elect Rich Janor and incumbents Ron Ory and Marie Todd will be sworn in on Thursday, May 12. New commissioner-elect Bill Eagan will be sworn in at the May 26 special board meeting.
