Latin (sub)URBAN Art Walk Comes To Naperville

NAPERVILLE, IL — Downtown Naperville will display artwork by dozens of Latin artists for the Latin (sub)URBAN Art Walk on July 20.

Maps are available to help attendees find all the art featured in this free event. Some special features are planned, including live music and dancing. Select restaurants will offer special drinks and dishes for purchase.

The newly opened AltaVida will spotlight traditional Spanish music and dancing, including bachata, salsa and merengue.

"The Downtown Naperville Alliance is happy to be partnering with the DuPage Hispanic Alliance on this first-time ever event!" the alliance's interim executive director Katie Wood told Patch. "This collaboration allows us to highlight the beauty, diversity, and creativity that Latin artists bring to our community."
