Police Blotter: Hotel Vacancy, Possession of Cannabis, Window Shattered

Naperville Police Department reports, Dec. 10

Suspended/revoked license

Matthew Lawrence Strouse, 19, of the 1400 block of Lantern Circle was arrested at 4:49 p.m. near Millennium Lane and Ogden Avenue, Naperville Police Department said. He was charged with no valid registration, driving on a suspended/revoked license and no insurance. His bail was $2,000.

Leonard Lee Wakefield, 26, of the 1200 block of Rock Run Drive in Crest Hil was arrested at 10:51 p.m. near 104th Street and Naperville Road, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis, transportation of open alcohol and improper lane usage. His bond was $120.

Window shattered

Someone shattered a window of a vehicle over the weekend in the 1400 block of West Ogden Avenue, police said.

We'll take those towels back, too

Someone was kicked out of Naperville a hotel on Nov. 29 for not paying $725 in the 1800 block of West Diehl Road, police said.

iPod stolen, returned

Someone removed an iPod from a locker room bench, which was later retrieved and returned to the owner in the 2300 block of 95th Street, police said.

UPS delivery stolen

Items delivered by UPS were stolen from the front steps of a residence in the 4000 block of Teak Circle, police said.
