Cedar And Haven Road Closures Planned For Utility Work: Village
Plan ahead for detours the next 3-4 weeks at and around the Cedar, Haven intersection, officials said.
NEW LENOX, IL — Heads up, New Lenox drivers. Road closures are planned for the intersection of Cedar Road and Haven Avenue, for planned utility work.
The intersection will be closed for approximately three weeks, beginning on Monday, June 10, Village officials said Wednesday.
Work by AT&T is going to be done in two phases, officials said. The first part will require the closure of Haven Avenue between Church Street and Cedar Road.

As that work is completed, then the intersection of Cedar Road and Haven Avenue will be closed, utilizing the full detour as shown in a map provided by the Village.
The work is anticipated to take about 4 weeks, weather contingent, said New Lenox Civil Engineer Will Nash.
