Cop On A Rooftop Fundraiser Friday At New Lenox Dunkin Shops
New Lenox police will participate May 19 in the annual fundraiser for Special Olympics Illinois.
NEW LENOX, IL — New Lenox police on Friday will participate in an annual tradition of a fundraiser in honor of Special Olympics Illinois.
Police will volunteer from 5 a.m. to noon at New Lenox Dunkin' locations to support athletes from Special Olympics Illinois. Cop on a Rooftop is held in partnership with Illinois Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics. Each guest who makes a donation to the Torch Run will receive a coupon for a free donut. Guests who donate $10 or more will receive a LETR/Dunkin'-branded travel mug (while supplies last) and a coupon for a free medium hot coffee.

Dunkin' and Illinois Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Illinois have partnered for more than 20 years for this cause. More than $7.6 million has been raised in Illinois, according to the Special Olympics website.
