NEW LENOX, IL — A Frankfort woman was arrested in the Walmart parking lot after a report of a car crash, police said.Kimberly Lucas, 52, was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving and the illegal transportation of alcohol.A police officer was sent to the Walmart parking lot shortly after 1 a.m. Wednesday to look into a report of a crash."While investigating the crash the officer discovered that Lucas was under the influence of alcohol," police said.Lucas was taken to Silver Cross Hospital for an "unrelated medical condition," police said.
