Fatal Shove: Tinley Park Man Arrested In Death Of New Lenox Man, 59

NEW LENOX, IL — A Tinley Park man was booked into the Will County jail early Monday in connection to an argument that led to the death of a New Lenox man, according to information from the Will County Sheriff's Office.

Jacob Bean, 24, of the 8600 block of Brookside Glen in Tinley Park, is charged with felony aggravated battery. The Will County State's Attorney's Office is further reviewing the case, according to TPPD.

Frank Stiso, 59, of New Lenox, was driving near Bean's home at around 5:30 p.m. Sunday, when he got into an argument with Bean, according to the Tinley Park Police Department. The two men got out of their vehicles, and Bean pushed Stiso to the ground during the argument, knocking him unconscious, police said.

Stiso was taken to Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox. He died Wednesday, according to Stiso's obituary.

Bean was taken to the Will County Adult Detention Facility early Monday. He was released on a $150,000 bond that same day, according to court records.
