A menu online lists a selection of sandwiches, salads, and soups. Sandwiches include a pot roast stuffed grilled cheese, combo beef and sausage, and grilled cajun chicken sandwich, among more than a few. Also on the menu are pot roast tacos and chicken parmesan. A separate catering menu is also available online.

The name falls into step with the equine theme threaded between Songbird—which was named after a racehorse—and JBD White Horse Inn. Co-owned by James Hedberg and Annette Rizza, JBD White Horse Inn has operated in New Lenox since 1975.
