Leaning Utility Pole: Safety Hazard or Not?

Have you noticed this leaning utility pole at Laraway and Schoolhouse Roads?

On Sunday I called ComEd to report its condition. I was told twice before concerned residents had filed a report about the precarious nature of this pole—once in January and again in February.
