New Lenox Property Tax Rebate Checks In The Mail: Village

NEW LENOX, IL — Residents who successfully applied for their property tax rebate from the Village of New Lenox should keep an eye on their mailbox.

This year’s property tax rebate checks were mailed out Monday, and should be delivered in the next few days, Village officials said..

This year's rebate was for 100 percent of the Village portion of the property tax on the 2022 taxes, collected in 2023.

In total, this year's rebate is $2,217,437 sent to 6,790 households.
