Smokey Robinson Show Canceled Saturday Night, Rescheduled For July: New Lenox
The legendary singer will still perform in New Lenox this summer, however.

NEW LENOX, IL — The village announced that legendary crooner Smokey Robinson's Saturday night show at New Lenox Commons has been canceled due to expected inclement weather.
However, the show has been rescheduled for July 6.
"Bad news and good news: due to the impending weather, we have to cancel tonight’s Smokey Robinson show," the village said on Facebook. "The good news is that Smokey has agreed to reschedule for Saturday, July 6. Your tickets will be honored and additional tickets are still for sale."

The opening acts scheduled to perform before Robinson's concert were also canceled on Saturday.
Tickets are for sale at the upstairs window of New Lenox Village Hall, 1 Veterans Parkway, and were $60 each.
