The top two headlines in New Lenox Patch this week stirred reaction--one was as smile and the other was worry.
A snow day was made more fun when news came out that an EIU student from New Lenox had sculpted a 6-foot tall Batman out of snow.

The second story was disturbing. A Frankfort Square woman was kidnapped by gunpoint. Three men stole the woman's car and attempted to use her ATM card before releasing her in Country Club Hills.
