Bookstore Caters to Niles' Russian-American Population

A Niles bookstore is catering to the village’s large Russian-American community, the Niles Herald-Advocate reports.

City of Joy bookstore is the only one in town carrying a vast selection of both fiction and non-fiction books in the Russian language. The store also sells Russian films and CDs, but their most popular section is the children’s book area, the newspaper reports. The store, located at 8710 W. Golf Road, attracts mainly Russian-American customers, but also those that aren’t of Russian descent.
