Crash Results In Golf Road Closure, Police Say

A Wednesday afternoon crash has caused all lanes of Golf Road to be closed from Waukegan to Harms roads, police said.

MORTON GROVE, IL — Golf Road is completely closed for through traffic in between Waukegan and Harms roads due to a traffic crash, police said in a social media statement Wednesday.

Police are "unsure what time it will reopen," according to the statement. The section of road was closed at around 12:30 p.m.

Morton Grove police did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
