Federal, State, County, Township & Village Officials Gather in MG!

Elected officials gathered at the Morton Grove & Niles Chambers of Commerce Legislative Breakfast at the Morton Grove Public Library.

Retiring Morton Grove Village Administrator with speakers who shared Niles Township, Cook County and State proclamations honoring Ralph Czerwinski (Alan Frohlichstein & Morton Grove Chamber of Commerce)

Thank you to the Morton Grove Public Library and our Morton Grove Chamber of Commerce partners, the Niles Chamber of Commerce, for the June 18th Legislative Breakfast-Coffee & Doughnuts (supplied by Super Cup Morton Grove).

We were honored by the attendance of Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky and Andrew Goczkowski (Jan's Congressional Staffer and Mayor of Des Plaines) along with State Senator Laura Fine, State Senator Ram Villivalam, State Rep Mike Kelly, Liam Harding, from State Rep Jennifer Gong-Gershowitz with Josina Morita, Cook County Commissioner, 13th District, Cook County Commissioner Maggie Trevor, Niles Township Supervisor Bonnie Kahn Ognisanti, and Maine Township Supervisor Karen Dimond and others on the MG Village Board & Staff including Trustee Janine Witko who spoke on behalf of the Village today.

Also making this a big day were representative of the MG Chamber Board (Jim Katsiavelos, Deb Manno, Pam Leffler, Rich Block with Jan Schakowsky), MG Park District and MG Public Library (where we held the event in their wonderful Baxter Room).

The State, Cook County, and Niles Township presented proclamations and a resolution honoring Village Administrator Ralph Czerwinski and congratulating him on his retirement after over 50 years of public service. Thanks to all who attended!
