A Niles man has been charged with ATM skimming at a bank in Wilmette, the Chicago Tribune reports.
Miroslav M. Slavov, 26, was arrested on Sunday, May 26 after police say he installed an illegal card reading device on an ATM machine at the Chase Bank at 50 Skokie Boulevard in Wilmette. Slavov faces charges of burglary and possession of a document making implement, the newspaper reports.
