Robin Piper, 48, of Northbrook was arrested Feb. 11 for retail theft after Deerfield police spotted her walking in the 600 block of Waukegan Road, became suspicious, followed her and made the apprehension, according to Deerfield Police reports.
According to the report, Piper is “known to this department and surrounding police agencies as having a problem with alcohol. When (she) becomes intoxicated she is known to enter various retail establishments to steal.”
