Man Arrested For Providing Dental Care Without License: Police

James V. D' Alise has been charged with six counts of practicing without a license after being arrested at his Oak Brook office Friday.

The Oak Brook Police Department took a man into custody Friday who was allegedly providing dental care without a license, the Daily Herald reports. James V. D' Alise has been charged with six counts of practicing without a license and was arrested at his office at 1301 W. 22nd St. just before 11:30 a.m. Friday. Authorities said his dental license had been revoked.
