Head-On Crash Slows Traffic In Oak Lawn: Police
Police were asking drivers to avoid the intersection of Southwest Highway and Cicero Avenue following the Monday morning crash.

OAK LAWN, IL — A head-on car crash sent several people to the hospital Monday morning in Oak Lawn. The crash, which happened at around 7:15 a.m. according to police, occurred in the southbound lanes of Cicero Avenue and westbound lanes of Southwest Highway.
WBBM-TV is reporting two people were transported from the scene with "no word on the extent of injuries."
At around 8 a.m., Oak Lawn police said in a social media post that the roadway had been cleared and "normal traffic flow had resumed."
