Multiple Shots Fired At X's And O's, Bartender Wounded In Calf: Police
A patron fired nine shots when he was asked to leave the bar because he brought in his own liquor, Bridgeview police said.
BRIDGEVIEW, IL — A patron fired nine shots late Friday evening when he was asked to leave the bar because he brought in his own liquor, wounding the bartender in his calf, Bridgeview police said.
Around 11:45 p.m., officers responded to a shots-fired call at X’s and O’s Sports Bar, 7801 W. 79th St. A man walked in with his girlfriend carrying their own liquor, witnesses told police. The couple was asked to put their alcohol in their car or leave.
On the way out of the bar, police said the man pulled out a gun and fired two shots, then fired seven more as he fled, wounding the bartender in the calf.

No one is in custody. Police are investigating. Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call the Bridgeview Police Department at 708-458-2144.
