Why do you believe the star student athlete should be recognized?

There’s one thing for sure with Oak Lawn Community High School senior Lindsay Aceremo, if it is a new year, she will break her previous best time. And this year was no different as she beat her best time from 2021 to finish in 17th place at the recent South Suburban Conference Red girls cross country meet.

“Lindsay has been running for the Spartans for the past four years,” head coach Sue Szala said. “She has been a major contributor to our running program. Lindsay has consistently broken her previous year’s best time, and this year has been no exception. She has really developed into a superb runner and a runner I could always depend on. We are really going to miss her next year.”
