Bail Set at $500K for River Forest Man Charged with Sexual Assault
The man is accused of attacking a woman April 29 in West Garfield Park.
A River Forest man charged with sexual assault is being held on $500,000 bail, according to the Cook County Sheriff's Office.
William Wallace, 49, is accused of attacking a woman April 29 in the 200 block of North Kilbourn Avenue in West Garfield Park, the Chicago Tribune reports.
Prosecutors said Wallace pinned the woman down, got on top of her and sexually assaulted her until a witness to the attack kicked Wallace in the head.
