Doug's experience as a composer, arranger, band leader and teacher make him an ideal musical mentor. The death of a man killed Dec. 1 by a CTA Blue Line train in Oak Park has been ruled a suicide by the <a href="http://www.cookcountyil.gov/medical-examiner/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Cook County Medical Examiner's office</a>.<a href="https://patch.com/illinois/oakpark/man-fatally-hit-cta-blue-line-train-oak-park">Emergency personnel were called after 6 p.m.</a> to the Austin station, where Matt Cepela, 24 the 300 block of Harvard in Shorewood, was found dead a the scene. He was pronounced at 8:30 p.m. Cepela suffered multiple injuries from the train strike, according to the medical examiner's office.<a href="http://www.oakpark.com/News/Articles/12-4-2015/Death-of-man-struck-by-Oak-Park-el-train-ruled-suicide/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Police told the Wednesday Journal</a> they don't suspect foul play.
