Meet Vantage, Oak Park's Newly Named Lake+Forest Tower
Vantage is expected to house 270 rental apartments and 25,000 square feet of commercial and retail space.

The 21-floor redevelopment project at Lake Street and Forest Avenue has been christened Vantage Oak Park, and it’s taking names on a priority list for “exclusive updates.”
Vantage is expected to house 270 rental apartments, 25,000 square feet of commercial and retail space on the ground level and the second floor and a 588-space parking garage.

The $94 million mixed-use building should be complete sometime next year, according to the Village of Oak Park.

The Village Board in Jan. 2012 approved the plans for the retail and residential high rise. Developer Sertus Capital Partners was assigned to construct the parking garage with 300 public and 288 private to replace a deteriorating L-shaped garage.
Lake Street Investors partnered with firms Golub & Company and Wood Partners to move the project forward after one of the project’s strongest investors died and PNC Bank filed a foreclosure suit.
