Oak Park Police Department Promotes Officers, Swears in New Hires
Three police officers were sworn in and two officers were promoted to sergeants.

Three probationary police officers were sworn in Sept. 28 at a ceremony at the Oak Park Village Hall, surrounded by friends, family and new colleagues.
Richard Zasiebida, Korry Thomas and Brian Bruesch will be paired for six months with field training officers in a training program, according to the Village of Oak Park. They may be out on their own by March 2015.
Two police officers were also promoted to the rank of sergeant at the ceremony. Michael Greet has been with the Oak Park Police Department for seven years, and Paul Baudo is a 12-year veteran of the force.
