1. More than 330 Oak Park parents have signed a petition asking trustees to extend emergency regulatory power for Health Director Theresa Chapple-McGruder. Her emergency powers expired Nov. 15 and were last extended in June. (Wednesday Journal)
2. About 25 people attended the Oak Park Plan Commission’s meeting last week to protest a proposed new building at the corner of Austin Boulevard and Van Buren Street.
