Police Sketch Shows What Dismembered Toddler May Have Looked Like
Some of the child remains, including the head, were found last weekend in the Garfield Park lagoon.
A Cook County Sheriff’s Police sketch artist has created a drawing of what the toddler whose remains were found in the Garfield Park lagoon may have looked like.
Detectives said the child might be an African-American boy or girl between 2 and 4 years old, and the child was definitely dismembered after he or she died.
