Suspicious Man Beckoned Student in River Forest: Police
The suspicious person is described as a white man, 45 to 50 years old with short black hair and a tanned complexion, police report.
River Forest police are investigating a suspicious incident that took place around 3:30 p.m. Nov. 11 near LeMoyne and Monroe, in which a man called to a Willard School student.
The man reportedly asked the student to “come here,” according to River Forest police, but the student ignored him and kept walking.
The man was standing in a driveway near a van, and he did not approach the student.

The suspicious person is described as a white man, of shorter height, 45 to 50 years old with short black hair, a tanned complexion, wearing a blue shirt, black pants and brown dress shoes, police reported.
The car he was standing near was a white work van with windows in the back. The man does not live at the address where he was standing in the driveway. He and the van are not involved with repairs being done at the house.
