TCF Bank Inside River Forest Jewel Robbed

A bank inside a River Forest supermarket was knocked off on Sunday afternoon in what the FBI is describing as a non-takeover robbery.
The FBI said that a man walked into the Jewel-Osco Food Store at 7525 W. Lake St. in River Forest around 2:31 p.m.

No weapon was displayed and the bandit got away with an undisclosed amount of money.
The suspect is described as a male black with facial hair between the ages of 40-50. He has facial hair and was wearing glasses and a red flannel jacket. A gray flat cap covered his head. He stands between 5-feet-10-inches and 6-feet tall.
