VIDEO: Retiring Oak Park Police Chief Rick Tanksley Receives Send-Off
The public is invited to meet the new chief during his swearing in ceremony on Tuesday.

Oak Park Police Chief Rick Tanksley received a video send-off Monday from his local and law enforcement camarades, who bid him farewell as he retires after more than 32 years serving the community.
Stepping into his shoes is Anthony Ambrose, who will be sworn in at a public ceremony on Tuesday. Residents are invited to attend the 7 p.m. event in the Village Hall's council chamber.
