Cannabis Delivery, Theft, Battery: Oswego Police Crime Reports

Several of the first 2019 crime reports from Oswego police, Kendall County Sheriff's Office for the Oswego area.

OSWEGO, IL —

Jan. 10

Criminal damage to property

Oswego police said 42-year-old Armour L. Phillips III, of the 270 block of Willington Way, has been charged with criminal damage to property stemming from an incident at the above location and main cross streets of Robert Road and Addison Court at 10:30 p.m. Thursday. Police said damage from the unspecified incident is $32,000. The man was taken to the Oswego Police Department and has a court date scheduled for Feb. 25, police said.

Unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor

Oswego police said 19-year-old Erick CuaCuas Percino, of the 530 block of Hoyles Avenue, Aurora, has been charge with unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor after being arrested Thursday just before 10:30 p.m. Police said the young man was arrested after the incident was reported at Douglas Road and Saugatuck Road. He was taken to the Oswego Police Department and has a court date scheduled for Feb. 12, police said.

Disorderly conduct

Oswego police said 19-year-old Shmarr L. Easley, of the 2000 block of Shauna Drive, Montgomery, a 16-year-old juvenile from Montgomery and a 17-year-old juvenile from Oswego were all charged with disorderly conduct Thursday morning following an incident reported just after 7:15 a.m. in the 4250 block of Route 71 in Oswego.

Jan. 9

Retail theft

Oswego police said they're investigating a theft and battery that took place at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at a Meijer located in the 2700 block of Route 34 and Douglas. Police said the victim is a 27-year-old female from Geneva. The theft was valued at $11.99.

DUI, driving while license suspended/revoked

Oswego police said 25-year-old William D. Decker (pictured), of the 130 block of Cinderford Drive, was charged with driving under the influence and driving while license is suspended or revoked stemming from an incident that happened just after 7 p.m. Wednesday. Police said the incident took place in the 1200 block of Douglas Road and involved an SUV driven by Decker and a van driven by Caitlin I. Bliss, 36, of Montgomery. Police said Decker was taken to the Kendall County Sheriff's Office and has a scheduled court date of Feb. 12.

Jan. 7

Credit card fraud

Oswego police said a recent credit card fraud incident at the Walmart located in the 2300 block of Route 34 is pending further investigation. Police said the fraud incident during which $3352.52 in unlawful charges took place Dec. 4, 2018, and was reported just after 3 p.m. Monday by a 61-year-old Aurora resident.

Aggravated battery

The Kendall County Sheriff's Office said John S. Arrichiello, of the 130 block of Eisenhower Drive, was charged with aggravated battery, an adult felony, just before 10 a.m. Monday.

Jan. 6

Criminal damage to property

Oswego police said they're investigating damage to siding and door locks at the Oswego Township Building's ground material shed. Police said this is located in tea 1150 block of Route 25 and Glendale. The damage took place just after 2:30 p.m. Sunday, and was reported two days later, police said. According to police, damage is estimated at $300 to $500.

Domestic battery

The Kendall County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to Oswego Police Department just after 4 p.m. Sunday for a desk report of a domestic battery that took place earlier in the day in the 100 block of Dolores Street in Oswego Township. The sheriff's office said the incident is under investigation.

Delivery of cannabis

The Kendall County Sheriff's Office said 18-year-old Kyle Anthony Graziano, of the 330 block of Wolverine Drive, was charged with delivery of cannabis, more than 30 but less than 500 grams, an adult felony charge. The sheriff's office said he was charged just after 4:30 p.m. Sunday.
