Thursday, May 30
Burglary
Oswego police are investigating a reported burglary that occurred at 2:18 a.m. in the 200 block of Madison Street.
Wednesday, May 29
No valid driver's license
- Javier A. Arevalo-Martinez, 27, of the 400 block of Route 30, Aurora, was arrested at 7:10 a.m. at Harvey Road and Treasure Drive and charged for driving without a valid license, said Oswego police. He was also cited for speeding and having no insurance.
- Maria J. Osornio, 25, of the 900 block of Jungles Avenue, Aurora, was arrested at 8 a.m. at Douglas Street and West End Court and charged for driving without a valid license, said Oswego police. She was also cited for speeding and driving without insurance.
Disorderly conduct
Oswego police responded to a reported disorderly conduct that occurred at 1:51 p.m. in the 400 block of Boulder Hill Pass when a student made harassing remarks to a teacher.
Theft
Oswego police are investigating a reported theft that occurred on May 28 at 2:30 p.m. in the 2300 block of Route 34. The victim lost their debit card and it was used by someone else at that time for a total of $170.

Criminal trespass
A male juvenile, 15, was arrested at 6:40 p.m. in the 300 block of Century Drive and charged with criminal trespass to state supported property, said Oswego police. He was released to his parents.
Sunday, May 26
DUI
Robert M. Holmes Jr., 40, of the 800 block of Chaucer Way, Buffalo Grove, was arrested at 4:38 p.m. at Stonehill Road and Wolf Road and charged with driving under the influence, said Oswego police. He was also cited for no insurance and expired registration.
Saturday, May 25
Zero tolerance, DWLS
Calvin R. Curry III, 19, of the 1800 block of Fredericksburg, Aurora, was arrested at 1:25 a.m. at Routes 30 and 34 and charged with zero tolerance and driving on a suspended license, said Oswego police.
Friday, May 24
Battery
A male juvenile, 17, was arrested at 8:30 a.m. at Oswego High School and charged with battery, said Oswego police.
Criminal damage to property
Oswego police are investigating a reported criminal damage to property that occurred at 12:40 p.m. at Farmington Lakes and Douglas Road. A car window was broken with damage estimated at $250.
No valid driver’s license
Ramiro Vidal, 23, of the 0-99 block of Ridgefield Road, Oswego, was arrested at 10:01 p.m. at Old Post Road and Gloria Lane and charged for driving without a valid license, said Oswego police. He was also given a seat belt citation.

Possession of cannabis, intent to deliver
A female juvenile, 15, was arrested at 2 p.m. at Oswego East High School and charged with the possession of cannabis and possession of cannabis with the intent to deliver, said Oswego police.
Retail theft
Matthew J. MacDonald, 20, of the 1300 block of Natalie Lane, Aurora, was arrested at 12:17 p.m. in the 2700 block of Route 34 and charged with retail theft of $12.99, said Oswego police.
Possession of cannabis
Juan M. Ramos, 22, of the 100 North Fourth Street, Aurora, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. in the 6500 block of Route 71 and charged with the possession of cannabis, said Oswego police. He was also cited for speeding.
No valid driver’s license
Johnathan Gonzalez, 19, of the 1300 block of State Avenue, Aurora, was arrested at 10:55 p.m. at Fifth Street and Route 34 and charged for driving without a valid license, said Oswego police. He was also cited for not using headlights when required.
Criminal damage to property
Oswego Police are investigating a reported criminal damage to a motor vehicle that occurred at 11:26 p.m. in the 300 block of Bluegrass Parkway. A vehicle’s window was broken and tires slashed by an unknown offender. Damage is estimated at $300.
Harassment
Oswego police responded to a reported electronic harassment that occurred at 9:25 p.m. on May 22. The victim reported receiving several disturbing texts.
Warrant
Gregory Mcaleer, 48, of the 2200 block of Twilight, Aurora, was arrested at 5 a.m. in the 2300 block of Route 34 and charged with an in state warrant.
