Last Chance: Oswego Cobra Fundraiser Set for Tuesday

This is a new weekly feature we’re trying out, in which we tell you about an opportunity you shouldn’t pass up. The clock is ticking, though – each of these opportunities will have a deadline, one that’s coming up in the next few days.

• Area senior citizens can register for two identity theft seminars State Rep. Kay Hatcher is hosting Tuesday. A session will start at 9:30 a.m. at the , 908 Game Farm Road, Yorkville. • is for the Oswego Cobra baseball league. The store is offering the organization $1 for each regular sub that is purchased. In addition,Jersey Mike’s Subs is going to provide the team that has the highest percentage of participation a free lunch after a practice or game of their choice. All of the proceeds will be credited towards Field Maintenance needs.
•  is a free program for parents scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at  The program focuses on financial aid tips for college bound students and their parents as they begin the college search process. No registration required.
