Man Charged In Battery Incident Involving Oswego Woman: Police
Oswego police and the Kendall County Sheriff's Office said the man was charged with two counts of domestic battery.

OSWEGO, IL — The Oswego Police Department said a Sugar Grove man has been charged with domestic battery in an early Monday morning incident involving an Oswego female. Police reported 51-year-old Scott. R. Pinner, of the 690 block of Carriage Hill Lane, Sugar Grove was arrested just before 3:15 a.m. after officers responded to a domestic battery incident reported at 2:50 a.m. in the 400 block of Beaver Court. Police said a 47-year-old female victim was injured.
Pinner has been charged with two counts of domestic battery, including insulting/provoking and bodily harm, the Kendall County Sheriff's Office reported. He is being housed at the Kendall County Public Safety Center.

According to Oswego police, Pinner's court date is scheduled for Feb. 12.
