Oswego Christmas Walk Is Almost Here: See What's Planned
The annual festivities include a tree lighting, the emergency vehicle light parade, ice sculpting, and a visit from Santa and his reindeer.
OSWEGO, IL — Oswego is officially kicking off the holiday season Friday with its annual Christmas Walk in the downtown area.
The free event is happening from 4:30-8:30 p.m. on Main Street and surrounding streets. Whether it rains or shines, you can plan on festivities continuing, organizers said.
Christmas Walk attendees can expect live musical performances, a visit from Santa and his reindeer, live ice sculpting and an inflatable sled hill. Plus, the event wouldn't be complete without the annual tree-lighting ceremony and emergency vehicle light parade.
