Oswego Man Gets 8-Year Prison Term for Controlled Substance Possession
State's attorney: 22-year-old also admitted to "occasionally" selling ecstasy.

Justin Donzelli, 22, 544 Waterford Drive, Oswego, was sentenced to eight years in prison by a Kendall County judge after pleading guilty this week to unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
Donzelli was arrested in September after an investigation by the Kendall County Cooperative Police Assistant Team revealed that he had delivered ecstasy to undercover officers in DuPage County, according to a news release from Kendall County State's Attorney Eric Weis' office. At the time of his arrest, Donzelli was found in possession of 30 ecstasy pills, a drug scale and marijuana. Donzelli admitted to "occasionally" selling ecstasy, the release said.
“Our county-wide drug enforcement agency (C.P.A.T.) works cooperatively with other outside law enforcement agencies in the area to identify dealers of these illegal and dangerous drugs and to quickly get them off our streets,” Weis said.
