Police Blotter: 15-Year-Old Charged with Domestic Battery

Domestic battery
- A 15-year-old Oswego boy was charged with domestic battery Saturday, according to Oswego police reports. The incident occurred in the 400 block of Blue Ridge Court. The boy was released to his parents.
- Raul L. Gonzales, 32, of 115 Harbor Drive, in unincorporated Kendall County near Oswego, was charged with domestic battery and resisting a peace officer at about 2 a.m. Saturday, according to a Kendall County Sheriff’s Office report. Deputies responded to a report of a man pulling a woman by the hair up a flight of stairs. When they arrived, deputies said they saw Gonzales pulling the woman by the arm from an apartment as she yelled for him to let her go.
Pump and run
Someone drove off from Gas City, 4032 Route 34, without paying for $25.21 worth of gas at about 6:45 p.m. Friday, according to an Oswego police report. The incident is still under investigation.

Domestic battery
Michael S. Edwards Jr., 25, 505 Reliance Court, Oswego, was charged with two counts of domestic battery at about 8:40 p.m. Friday, according to an Oswego police report. The incident took place at Edwards’ home, according to reports.
