Monday, May 13
No valid driver’s license
Javier Rojas, 27, of the 300 block of Hughs Street, Lockport, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. at Route 30 and Wolf Road and charged for driving without a valid license, said the Sheriff’s office.
Sunday, May 12
No valid driver’s license, curfew, unlawful consumption of alcohol

Two male juveniles, both 16, were arrested at 2:19 a.m. at Route 31 and Washington, Oswego said the Sheriff’s office. The driver was charged for driving without a valid license and a curfew citation. The passenger was also charged with a curfew violation and the unlawful consumption of alcohol.
Domestic battery, assault

Randall Anthony Massiah, 31, of the 1100 block of Pleasant Court, Batavia, was arrested at 5:04 p.m. in the 7500 block of Galena Road, Bristol, and charged with domestic battery and assault after it was revealed he spit and attempted to strike a victim several times with his fist, said the Sheriff’s office.
Domestic battery
Lamont T. Wilson, 22, of the 0-99 block of Lombardy Lane, Oswego, was arrested at 9:21 p.m. in the 800 block of Route 25 and charged with domestic battery, said the Sheriff’s office.
Saturday, May 11
DUI
Jonathan Brady Knoebel, 23, of the 0-99 block of Abbeyfeal Road, Oswego, was arrested at 5:05 a.m. at Galena Road and Route 47 and charged with driving under the influence and driving on a suspended license, said the Sheriff’s office.
Attempted burglary
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a reported attempted burglary that occurred between May 6 and May 11 in the 7200 block of Galena Road, Bristol. An unknown suspect(s) attempted to gain entry to a detached garage using a crow’s foot pry bar.
Battery
Andrew V. Glaser, 27, of the 100 block of Boulder Hill Pass, Montgomery, was arrested at 3:15 p.m. in the 100 block of Boulder Hill Pass and charged with battery after an investigation revealed an allegation of an adult male pushing a male juvenile, said the Sheriff’s office.
Criminal damage to property
Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a reported criminal damage to property that occurred at 2:38 a.m. in the 0-100 block of Chatham Place, Montgomery. A brick was thrown through the side window of a vehicle.
Friday, May 10
Residential burglary
Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a residential burglary that occurred between 3:15 a.m. and 3 p.m. in the 0-99 block of Sierra Road, Oswego. Several electronics and video games were reported taken.
No valid driver’s license, possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia, possession of alcohol
A male juvenile, 17, was arrested at 11:52 p.m. at Route 25 and Glendale and charged with driving without a valid license, possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia and the possession of alcohol, said the Sheriff’s office. He was also cited for speeding.
Thursday, May 9
Criminal damage to property
Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a reported criminal damage to property that occurred between 7:40 a.m. and 8:06 a.m. in the 0-99 block of Sonora Drive, Montgomery. A vehicle parked on the roadway was damaged after a rock was thrown through the driver’s side front and rear windows.
Possession of cannabis
Manuel Valdez, 22, of the 100 block of Heathgate Road, Montgomery, was arrested 12:25 a.m. at Heathgate and Springdale Roads and charged with the possession of cannabis, said the Sheriff’s office. He was also cited for failure to dim high beams.
Violation of order of protection
Albert H. Hoffman, 45, of the 1100 block of Whitetail Lane, Sandwich, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. in the 0-99 block of Circle Court, Montgomery and charged with a violation of an order of protection, said the Sheriff’s office. A warrant is being sought for Hoffman.
Burglary
Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a reported burglary that occurred between 10:45 p.m. on May 8 and 7:30 a.m. on May 9 at St. Lukes School.
Wednesday, May 8
Domestic battery
A male juvenile, 13, was arrested at 6 p.m. in the 100 block of Heathgate, Montgomery and charged with domestic battery, said the Sheriff’s office. Deputies found that the juvenile grabbed a family member’s arm and pushed them into the door.
Tuesday, May 7
Possession of drug paraphernalia, cannabis
Two male juveniles, 17, were arrested at 5:14 p.m. at Shore Drive and Marina drive and one was charged with the possession of cannabis between 2.5-10 grams and the other was charged with possession of cannabis between 2.5-10 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia, said the Sheriff’s office.
Fraud
Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a reported fraud that occurred between 12 a.m. and 3:50 p.m. The victim reported someone called claiming to be from a loan company and demanded the victim send them money for his debt.
Monday, May 6
No valid driver’s license, possession of drug paraphernalia, warrant
A male juvenile, 17; Zaben Tyler Grant, 20, of the 1400 block of Debbie Drive, Minot, North Dakota; and D Shon Marquise Lee, 21, of the 0-100 block of Birchwood court, Montgomery, were arrested at 11:44 p.m. at Orchard Road and Mill Road, said the Sheriff’s office. The driver, a juvenile, was charged with speeding and driving without a valid license. Grant was found to be in the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and charged. Other passenger Lee was arrested for a warrant out of LaSalle County for failure to appear for retail theft.
