Visions for Vacancies: Old Village Hall Building

Prime spot in the heart of downtown seems perfect for development.

Village offices and staff moved to the new Village Hall on Parkers Mill Road in the summer of 2008.

Since then, the old Village Hall at 113 Main St. has remained empty except to be used as a village storage unit. Development proposals in recent years have included a bookstore and restaurants.

The location seems perfect for something new to draw people downtown. The question is, what should it be? Tell us in comments.
