Accomplishment: Kyle's accomplishments are continuous. Numerous times this school year he has independently recognzied a classroom issue, taken initiative to discuss it with me, and devised a plan for implementation.
One of many significant accomplishments was his plan for a successful dismissal. Kyle recognized that the dismissal was too crowded and stressful for students at the end of the day. With 31 kids in the room, they were crowding and preventing each other from packing up in a timely manner.

Kyle brought it to my attention when he felt it was becoming too stressful and indepdently created a plan to correct the problem. For days he devised and revised his process. Often asking questions about its effectiveness and ease of implementation. After three days, he was confident in his plan.
Kyle taught the new dismissal system to the students and it worked! There was no more crowding and the students seemed more at ease in the afternoon process.
What makes Kyle awesome: His his observational skills, his ability to think and critically and improvise, and his attention to detail. Kyle is always present and engaged in the moment.
He truly lives life in a state of heightened awareness, consideration, and care. He is kind to others on a consistent basis and truly wants to make life easier for others.
He offers help everyday and strives to see others succeed. Kyle is an inspiration to all students that with strong character, positive intentions, and motivation to grow the options for success are endless.
