X Massage Parlor Owner Voluntarily Surrenders Bodyworks License: OPD
No bodyworks business will be allowed to operate at the location for three years following the alleged prostitution incident, police said.

OSWEGO, IL — The owner of X Massage in Oswego voluntarily surrendered the business's bodyworks license after an employee was charged with prostitution last week, Oswego police said.
Owned by Haibin Li, 35, X Massage is no longer authorized to operate or conduct any business activities, and no bodyworks business can operate in that location — at 2733 Route 34 — for three years.
On Jan. 29, 60-year-old Hongbing Liu, of the 200 block of West 26th Street in Chicago, was arrested and charged with prostitution following an investigation by the Kendall County Cooperative Police Assistance Team. The next day, the owner, Haibin Li, of the 12000 block of South Compass Avenue in Plainfield, was charged with violation of the Massage Therapy Practice Act.

In response to the incident, the Village of Oswego initiated the process to revoke the license, with a hearing scheduled for Feb. 6. Li voluntarily gave up the license on Feb. 5, and the hearing was canceled.
