3 Unsuccessful In Attempted Burglary At Palos Hills Pawn Shop

PALOS HILLS, IL — Three people tried to break into a pawn shop during the overnight hours of Feb. 5,Palos Hills police reports said.

Surveillance video captured a dark sedan pulling into the parking lot of A to Z Pawn and Resale Shop at 112th Street and Southwest Highway. Three people got out of the vehicle and tried to pry open the front door of the pawnshop with a crowbar.

When the door wouldn’t budge, they got back into their car and took off down Southwest Highway.
