PALOS HILLS-HICKORY HILLS, IL — The Hills Chamber of Commerce serving the communities of Palos Hills and Hickory Hills is once again rolling out its Hometown Heroes Banner Program for 2025-2026 honoring current military, veterans and first responders. Banner orders must be submitted to the chamber by March 21.

The banners will go up late April or early May as a visual salute to active military and veterans. They will remain up until early fall. They will be placed along Roberts Road from 87th Street to 111th Street through Hickory Hills and Palos Hills. Only 60 poles are available to mount banners.
Banners will be returned, and a pick-up date will be scheduled at a later time. The fess to have the banner printed and displayed is $140 for a 30 X 99 banner in Palos Hills; and $110 for a 30 X 72 in Hickory Hills.

Applications for the Hometown Heroes Banner program can be downloaded from the Hills Chamber website. Checks and credit cards are accepted. Please submit a high resolution photo of your hometown hero (photos will be returned). Make checks payable to Hills Chamber of Commerce, 8632 W. 103rd St., Suite A, Palos Hills, IL 60465.
